So I think that your claim and reason are good just make sure to explain why blackboard is making it harder for teachers. saying that the teachers are using different forms is ok just explain why that is making it harder. also as a suggestion I would talk to several teachers and ask them not only what they think of black board but also what they have been told by the administration about how they should use blackboard.

E definitely agree, there are so many different websites out there that professors are using. Put it all on blackboard or get rid of it!
