My topic for the Issues paper is going to be International Relief Efforts. I am either going to narrow it down to relief following natural disasters, or relief following wars and other things like that.
This is a great topic, I would suggest searching both the library database and news sites like CNN, Times, Newsweek, etc. to give yourself an idea of the history and the issues.
This is a good one, espeically since the church does a lot of global relief. I would concentrate on natural disasters and see if you get enough information. Espeically with hurricane Katrina and some of the more recent tsunamis in tonga
