Good idea. this is kinda simular to my topic. I have found that some econmic struggling countries acctually sell missile or nuclear technology to other countries. I know N. Korea is selling thier plans to Serbia and Iran. you could maybe look into that.
This is a great topic idea and yes you will be able to find a lot of information regarding "black markets". You may want to compare black markets in Brazil with the Mafia in Italy or something like that. Dealing with illegal weapons is kind of hard to pick a side on or argue over.. so i would suggest arguing which one is more effective or better at doing it maybe? just an idea
This is a great topic because it can evoke heated discussions. Very interesting! What is legal and illegal obviously differs greatly between nations--so that may be something to take into consideration as well.
good topic... Rio de Janeiro is having a big problem with that now since the drug dealers have access to heavy imported weapons.
