I will be writing my paper on the difference in education between the US and China, and the effectiveness of the programs. I will decide what to argue when I understand the specifics, and the impact of both sides.
Good idea. Along with what I said before in class, you could also talk about cost of education, student lifestyle, or scoring differences. these may help with your overall argument.
This is a great topic idea and you will be able to find a lot of information I am sure. You could research the phscological effects of both education systems and argue that one has a better sense of life and fulfillment mentally for the students.. just an idea
Yes in dealing with the psychological effects as Devri was saying, I've heard lots of stats about teen suicide rates in Asia, directly correlating with the high stress education system..that could be an interesting thing to throw in!
